We are part of a large organisation that operates world-wide, employing around 70,000 people. In the Netherlands we currently employ around 50 people made up of many cultures as our colleagues come from many different countries. The flat organisation structure with short decision lines enables us to act quickly on the changes that our customers encounter and on the markets they operate in.
